One of the ways that locksmiths keep themselves updated is by attending locksmith exhibitions where you can network with lock manufacturers, lock distibutors and lock tool inventors. One such event in October was held at the International Centre, Telford being the largest in Europe it was worth the visit to learn about new locks on the market such as the Apecs modular system for euro cylinders and of course the latest window restrictors from Jackloc and also meeting the inventor of the Adaptorlock.
