Lock Bumping Courses

Lock Bumping is a lock-picking technique that uses a specially cut key to bump the pins inside a lock to open it. Although this sounds easy there is skill involved and the knowledge of which bump key will open that particular lock or not in some cases.

The one day course is ideal for those who want to gain more success in opening locks non destructively. The course is taught by a trading locksmith who was using lock bumping techniques daily so knows his stuff.

The lock bumping course takes place over one day at our workshop in St Helens, Merseyside. All the equipment needed for the day is provided by us as is tea and coffee you just need to bring yourself.

During the day you will be learning: How bump keys work, which keys will work on which locks an d of course plenty of bumping locks including locks in doors.

The course numbers are low with a maximum of two learners at any one time.
