5 Day Intensive Locksmith Training Course

This course covers 5 days practical training at our workshop in St Helens and leads to a in house certificate. The course will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to start a locksmith business.

Part Time Locksmith Course

Following the same course structure as the 5 day course the part time course can be completed in one day stints over a number of weeks or months. When opting for this course its advisable that your practice what you learn otherwise there is a good chance of forgetting what you had previously learned.

Lock Bumping Course

Our one day locks bumping course will teach you how lock bumping works, how to set up your bump keys and most importantly how to use your bump keys to open locks. The course will enable the learner to open more locks successfully using a non destructive method without the need for picking the lock.

All our Locksmith Training Courses are held at our training centre workshop in St Helens where visitors by appointment are welcome.

Part-Time One To One Locksmith Training Course (£225 Per Day)

Our new part-time 5 day locksmith training course priced at £225 per day as been developed for those who would rather spend more time completing the course without the need to take a full 5 days out from work, and allows for a person to complete the course over a number of weeks or months during their days off.

The course structure although on a part time basis will follow the same route as the full 5 day course.

2 Day Gain Entry Locksmith Training Course (£225 Per Day)

Our 2 day Locksmith Training Course priced at £225 per day is intended for maintenance staff who would like to increase their skills and knowledge in gaining entry to euro cylinder/rim cylinder type locks which account for more than 80% of all doors found in the UK today.

It is not for learners who do not have any previous knowledge of locks and or how to use tools as we will be covering subjects were prior knowledge is required. Subjects covered includes:

Pin Cylinder Locks - How They Work - Euro Cylinders - Single Cylinder - Thumb Turn Cylinder - Rim Cylinder/ Nightlatches - Bullet Locks - Dimple Locks - Padlocks - Oval Cylinders - Screw in cylinders - Tubular Locks - Fitting Instructions.
