Emergency call out
We called derek to help us on a cold Sunday night when we couldn�t get into our house. Our front door had been playing up for a while but we left it long enough that one day it had gone completely. He rescued us and our two small children by getting into the back doors and replacing the lock on the front. He even told us it wasn�t put in right in the first place. For the good work he done the price was great ! Will deffo call him again !

Keys left in the lock!

Keys left in lock
I phoned Derek as we�d left the keys in the back of the door and the door had shut and we had no means of getting in.
Derek came out and in a few minutes he had the door open. Very helpful, reliable and full of great security advice. I�d definately reccomend to family and friends
